Refund Policy

Effective from: March 1, 2026

1. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

The 5-Star Vault service is covered by a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If within 60 days of starting to use the service we do not generate at least 3 new verified Google reviews for your business, we will refund you the full amount for the first month.

Guarantee conditions:

  • You must have at least 50 customers in your database
  • You must provide contact details of your customers
  • Customers must have valid consent to be contacted
  • Reviews must not be filtered or rejected by Google

2. Refunds

When you can request a refund:

  • 60-day guarantee - full refund
  • Technical issues preventing use of the service
  • Promised services were not provided

When you CANNOT request a refund:

  • Change of mind after 60 days
  • Insufficient number of customers in database
  • Violation of terms of use
  • Customer did not provide customer data

3. How to Request a Refund

For refunds:

  1. Send an email to us with the subject "Refund Request"
  2. Provide your name and email used for registration
  3. Describe the reason for your request
  4. We will respond within 3 business days

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Terms

You can cancel the service at any time:

  • By email: Send a message to our address
  • In the app: Settings > Cancel subscription

After cancellation, you will have access to the service until the end of the current billing period. The subscription will not automatically renew.

5. Refunds via Stripe

All refunds are processed through Stripe Inc.

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-14 business days
  • Stripe may charge refund fees

6. Complaints

In case of service complaint:

  1. Contact us by email
  2. Describe the problem as precisely as possible
  3. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
  4. In case of a legitimate complaint, we will provide compensation
