Terms of Service

Effective from: March 1, 2026

1. Provider

Services provided by:

2. Subject of the Contract

The subject of the contract is the provision of the "5-Star Vault" service, which includes:

  • Automated review generation system
  • AI-powered SMS messages to customers
  • Feedback filtering and processing
  • Automatic review responses
  • Dashboard and analytics

3. Service and Payments

Price: 297 EUR per month (297 USD/month for USD payments)

Billing: Monthly in advance

Payment Methods: Credit card, debit card (Stripe)

Contract: Month-to-month, no commitment

4. Customer Obligations

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information
  • Provide a customer list in accordance with the law
  • Have valid consent from customers to be contacted
  • Use the service in accordance with legal regulations
  • Not send unsolicited messages (SPAM)

5. Guarantee

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If within 60 days from the start of the service we do not generate at least 3 new verified Google reviews (provided that the customer has provided customer contacts), we will refund you the full amount.

6. Cancellation of Service

You can cancel the service at any time:

  • By email to our address
  • Directly in the application

After cancellation, you will have access to the service until the end of the billing period.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Content of reviews from customers
  • Decisions of third parties (Google, etc.)
  • Damage caused by improper use of the service
  • Loss of profit or opportunities

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to the 5-Star Vault service belong to Martin Vasko. The customer may not copy, sell, or distribute the software without consent.

9. Personal Data Protection

Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

10. Stripe Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Stripe Inc. Payment data is encrypted and complies with PCI-DSS Level 1 standard.

Invoice due date: immediately upon monthly renewal. In case of failed payment, the service will be suspended after 7 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. We will inform you of any changes by email at least 14 days in advance. By continuing to use the service, you agree to the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Slovak law. Any disputes will be resolved by Slovak courts.
